ARBITRATION
You agree that any and all disputes or controversies of any nature between you and ollco arising at any time shall be determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of Arbitration shall be Cochin, Kerala, India. The arbitration panel shall comprise three arbitrators, one appointed by each party and the third appointed by the two so appointed arbitrators.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Law and any action arising out of, or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts at Ernakulam only and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

Ollco’s performance under this Agreement is subject to interruption and delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control such as acts of God, acts of any Government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, explosion, power failure, failure of the Internet and other networks beyond the control of Ollco, equipment failure, industrial or labour dispute, inability to obtain essential supplies and the like.
The above mentioned terms and conditions of use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Ollco with respect to access to and use of the web site, superseding any prior written or oral agreements in relation to the same subject matter herein.
